Forecast Revenue by State/Country

Report Parameters

Field	Description
Report Name	The name of the report.
Report Type	Available options include the following: Room Revenue Only By State Room Revenue Only By Country Total Revenue By State Total Revenue By Country
Include Un-Picked Up Rooms	When enabled, un-picked up rooms will be included in the report.
From Date	The date from when the data must be considered to generate the report.
To Date	The date until when the data must be considered to generate the report.
Report Type	Available options include the following: Gross Room Revenue All Room Rate Adjustments TA Commissions Only Net Room Revenue
Guest Type	A drop-down list consisting of all the guest types. Users can select multiple or all the guest types from the list to be displayed in the report generated.
Segment1	A drop-down list consisting of all the segment 1 codes. Users can select multiple or all the segment 1 codes from the list to be displayed in the report generated.
Segment2	A drop-down list consisting of all the segment 2 codes. Users can select multiple or all the segment 2 codes from the list to be displayed in the report generated.
Include Non-Bedded Rooms	When enabled, non-bedded rooms associated with the available room types are included in the report.
Building Codes	A drop-down list consisting of all the building codes. All building records created in the Building Codes (Settings à Setup à Room à Building Codes) screen are displayed as options in the drop-down list. Users can select multiple or all the building codes from the list to be displayed in the report generated.
Room Type	A drop-down list consisting of all the room types. Users can select multiple or all the room types from the list to be displayed in the report generated.

Report Fields

Field	Description
Segment1	The segment 1 code selected when creating the reservation.
Segment2	The segment 2 code selected when creating the reservation.
Room Revenue	The room revenue of the room type after adjustments/commissions.
Room Nights	Number of room nights reserved for the selected date range.
Avg Length of Stay	The total nights divides by total number of reservations.
Avg Room Rate	Total Room Revenue divided by Rooms Sold (paid rooms + comp rooms).
State/Country	The name of the state/country for which the revenue details are displayed.
Guest Type	The guest type selected when creating the reservation.
Total Net Room Revenue	The total sum of Net Room Revenue amounts.
Total Room Nights	The total number of room nights reserved for the selected date range.
Total Avg Length of Stay	The total average length of stay by state/country.
Total Avg Room Rate	The total average room rate by state/country.
